How we size your facility: tell us your bed count and that is your rate. We take the director's word for it. Multi-hospital systems are priced per facility, with volume rates as the number of hospitals rises. Prefer to lock in a longer term? A three-year prepay is available at 15% off.
One licensed hospital, at one campus, under a single CMS Certification Number. The subscription covers people employed by that facility. Sister hospitals need their own subscription — that is what the multi-facility rate is for.
Not a high one, not a soft one. The course is self-paced and online, so your fortieth technician costs us the same as your fifth. Charging you per person would only recreate the problem you are trying to solve.
Certificates your technicians already earned stay valid for their full three years — we do not revoke credentials. You lose Workflow Library access and the ability to enroll new people, and you keep read access to your certificate archive for 90 days to export your records.
