Facility Subscription

Stop Buying Seats.
Cover the Whole Crew.

One annual fee, priced on your bed count, covering unlimited medical gas technician certifications at your facility. Hire someone Monday, start them Tuesday. No quote, no purchase order, no waiting.

Some Directors Have Told Us
Seats Are A Problem.

Every new technician means another quote, another approval, another purchase order — so training gets deferred, and the guy who started in March is still uncertified in September.

Turnover is constant

Many facilities departments turn over steadily. Under per-seat pricing, every departure wastes a seat you already paid for and every arrival starts a new procurement cycle.

So training gets rationed

Facilities end up training the two or three people they can justify this quarter instead of the whole crew that touches medical gas.

Find Your Facility.
That's the Price.

Bed count is the only input.

Facility subscription rates by bed count. All plans include unlimited seats.
Beds Per Year
Under 100 beds $3,000 $250 / month
250 – 499 beds $9,000 $750 / month
500+ beds $12,000 $1,000 / month

How we size your facility: tell us your bed count and that is your rate. We take the director's word for it. Multi-hospital systems are priced per facility, with volume rates as the number of hospitals rises. Prefer to lock in a longer term? A three-year prepay is available at 15% off.

One Number Sets Your Price.
It Isn't Your Headcount.

Bed count

The director tells us the number. That is the rate.

Why beds and not technicians

Counting technicians means you're thinking twice before training someone. Our mission is to train everyone.

If your footprint is unusual

Some facilities carry far more medical gas equipment than their bed count suggests — an attached surgical hospital, or several source systems. We will look at your inventory and tell you before quoting.

Multi-hospital systems: each facility is priced at its own band on a single agreement, with volume rates as the number of hospitals rises. You get one contract, one renewal date, and standardized training across the portfolio.

Exactly What You Get
— and What You Don't.

Included

  • Unlimited Med Gas Technician certifications for your facility's employees
  • 12 ASHE CECs (CHFM / CHC renewal) on Med Gas Technician certifications
  • Unlimited access to the RFA online curriculum
  • Workflow Library for every user, for the life of the subscription
  • Equipment-specific curriculum built around your facility's actual makes and models
  • Director Portal: progress tracking, certificate archive, cohort deadlines, audit documentation
  • Bulk roster onboarding and CSV import
  • Digital and printed certificates for every technician who passes
  • New content and updated procedures as they ship, at no extra cost

Quoted Separately

  • In-person sessions — the online portion is unlimited, but if you're interested in having Lantern come to the facility for a competency check or more in-depth training, that has to be scheduled and travelled to, so we quote it per session rather than bury it in the rate
  • Custom workflow authoring for equipment outside our library

No Seat Caps.
No Surprises at Renewal.

What counts as a facility

One licensed hospital, at one campus, under a single CMS Certification Number. The subscription covers people employed by that facility. Sister hospitals need their own subscription — that is what the multi-facility rate is for.

There is no seat cap

The course is self-paced and online, so your fortieth technician costs us the same as your fifth.

Term and billing

Annual, invoiced yearly, renewing on the anniversary. Three-year prepay saves 15%.

Your certificates are yours

If you do not renew, certificates your technicians already earned stay valid for their full three years. We do not revoke credentials.

What you do lose

Workflow Library access and the ability to enroll new people. Anyone mid-course at the term date gets 30 days to finish, and your Director Portal certificate archive stays readable for 90 days so you can export your records.

Rate protection

Your band is set by your bed count. If your bed count does not change, your band does not change. Facilities can have the rate locked for three years in writing — just ask.

Sometimes Seats Are
the Better Deal.

If you are certifying three people and that is the whole plan, buy three seats. We will tell you so on the phone. Here is the arithmetic so you can check it yourself before you call.

Buy Seats If

You have a short list

  • You are training a specific handful of people, not a department
  • Your crew is stable and you are not expecting to hire
  • You want to try the program before committing to a year
  • You need to spend a one-time budget line, not a recurring one

Asked and Answered.

Unlimited sounds like there's a catch. Where is it?

There is no seat cap and no overage billing. We can afford to say unlimited because the course is self-paced and online — the fortieth technician costs us the same as the fifth.

The one boundary is the definition of your facility: the people you employ, at your campus.

We already bought seats. Are we stuck?

No. You have two options. Let your existing three-year access run its course and start the subscription when it expires — nothing changes in the meantime and no money moves. Or convert early and we will credit the prorated remaining value of what you bought against your first year.

If you are hiring now, the second option usually makes more sense. Tell us what you bought and when, and we will run both numbers.

What happens to our compliance documentation if we cancel?

Certificates your technicians earned stay valid for their full three years — those are their credentials and we do not revoke them. Your Director Portal certificate archive stays readable for 90 days after the term ends so you can export everything for your files.

What stops is Workflow Library access and new enrollments. No surveyor is going to find a gap in your records because a subscription lapsed.
