BeaconMedaes MAT-S Automatic Medical Gas Manifold

Equipment Description

The BeaconMedaes MAT-S is an automatic medical gas manifold changeover system for continuous supply of oxygen, nitrous oxide, medical air, and other medical gases. This NFPA 99 variant uses a dome-loaded forged regulator design with fewer connections to reduce leak paths, and it includes a Smartbox for remote monitoring.

The high-flow variant delivers 1800 lpm at 4 bar with a 15 bar changeover pressure. On a 4.0 bar manifold the changeover pressure is 10.4 bar with a flow capacity of 1450 lpm, which improves cylinder utilization. Individual service valves after each bank (first-stage) and line (second-stage) regulator let a technician isolate one regulator without interrupting pipeline supply.

The controller is a 7" color capacitive touchscreen with flow and pressure trend visualization, alarm history, and service reminders so cylinder refills can be planned from actual consumption. MAT-S is a current generation manifold and is not the same product as the Lifeline HPxHP / LQxHP manifolds already in the library.
