BeaconMedaes mVAC Lubricated Rotary Vane Medical Vacuum System

Equipment Description
The BeaconMedaes mVAC lubricated rotary vane medical vacuum system combines up to six air-cooled, oil-lubricated rotary vane pumps under a Mk5 Touch central controller. The plant holds vacuum below -600 mbar(e) for theatres, ICU, and ward suction, and is specified to HTM and ISO medical vacuum standards.
All interconnection piping and copper connections ship as part of the package. Each motor is air-cooled by an integral fan and protected by an overload in its pump panel. Duplex high-efficiency bacterial filters (penetration less than 0.005% when measured to BS 3928) protect the oil, and the controller monitors filter pressure drop continuously. The vacuum vessel is the mandatory backup if every pump is down and a buffer for peak flow.
