The BeaconMedaes Lifeline claw medical vacuum system uses dry, multi-claw rotors spinning in opposite directions and synchronized by gears. Contact-free operation needs no lubricant in the pumping chamber.
The same claw family covers WAGD service. Official O2 Assured and standard VSD ranges nest under this entry. Do not merge onto US lubricated rotary vane, oil-less rotary vane, Magnis MSV, liquid ring Camel, mVAC, or WVLS.
Key Features
- Dry multi-claw vacuum technology with contact-free rotors
- MyMedGas remote monitoring and BACnet/IP BMS integration
- 10-inch touchscreen with color status and alarm graphics
- Factory-assembled package with single-point electrical, intake, and discharge connections
- Per-pump HEPA inlet filtration meeting NFPA 99 vacuum filtration rules
- Variable speed drive options that match motor speed to vacuum demand
Components
Standard claw range
NFPA Lifeline claw plants in duplex through hexaplex SPC arrangements, including expandable frames.
O2 Assured claw range
Claw plants specified for high-oxygen WAGD / AGSS service. Same family as the standard claw vacuum system, not a separate library card.
Variable speed drive
Optional VSD packages that reduce starting current, noise, and heat while matching capacity to demand.
