Equipment Description

BeaconMedaes manifold header and rack systems feed high-pressure cylinder banks into the medical gas pipeline. The family is specified to HTM 02-01, HTM 2022, and ISO 7396-1 and is CE marked.

Header configurations cover 2x1 through 2x6 gas banks, with pipe-rail kits for oxygen, nitrous oxide, Entonox, medical air, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide. Each tailpipe connection includes a non-return valve. High-pressure polymer and elastomer parts are halogen-free; non-return valves use metallic seats and ceramic balls. This is the header and rack hardware, not a Lifeline HPxHP automatic manifold and not a MAT-S changeover manifold.

Mounting

Wall

Wall-mounted and corner header installations are the typical plant-room layout. Free-standing and double-stacked racks are used when floor space or cylinder-bank height requires it.
