Equipment Description
The Anesthetic Gas Scavenging System (AGSS) is an active disposal plant that removes waste anesthetic gases from clinical areas so medical staff are not exposed to residual nitrous oxide and halogenated agents.
BeaconMedaes AGSS plants are supplied as simplex or duplex blower packages. Duplex systems provide a standby blower so scavenging continues if one unit is offline.
The plant connects to the AGSS pipeline and terminal units and is specified to HTM 02-01 and ISO 7396-2 anesthetic gas scavenging requirements.
