Equipment Description

The Lifeline Automatic Manifold is designed in accordance with NFPA 99 and CSA standards. The design, validated through extensive testing, ensures the manifold maintains its reliability while reducing leak potential and avoiding wasteful gas losses. The NEMA 4 electrical enclosure and environmental testing support outdoor installations.

This library entry covers the High Pressure x High Pressure (HPxHP) automatic changeover configuration for dual-bank medical gas cylinder supply. Official BeaconMedaes documentation also lists Liquid x Liquid, Liquid x High Pressure, and high-pressure reserve assemblies as related Lifeline Automatic Manifold configurations.

The HPxHP manifold uses dome-biased primary regulators to optimize flow without heaters, helping prevent ice formation. An advanced forging design reduces leaks by eliminating N.P.T. connections and consolidating regulators and valves. High-pressure headers are tested for endurance, ignition, and flow, and are specified without fluoropolymers.
