The BeaconMedaes DiamondCare outlet finish assembly is a gas-specific front body with a quick-connect valve mechanism. It features a color-coded faceplate and gas-specific keying to prevent cross-connections, and latches securely into a DiamondCare or compatible rough-in assembly.

BeaconMedaes DiamondCare medical gas outlets pair a gas-specific finish assembly with a matching rough-in. The finish assembly is the keyed front body technicians replace in the field: color-coded keying disk, twist-lock barrel cartridge, and a flush interlocking flange with a transparent dust shield.
Key features
- Twist-lock barrel cartridge allows tool-free replacement of the primary check valve.
- Keying disks are UV-stable, resistant to quaternary cleaners, and include Biomaster antimicrobial protection.
- Available in D.I.S.S., Geometric Index, Latch Index, and Pin Index styles, wall and console.
- Listed by UL and CSA and manufactured to applicable NFPA 99, CGA, and CSA standards. Cleaned for oxygen service, pressure tested, capped, and bagged before shipment.
Finish assembly (latch valve)
A complete DiamondCare medical gas outlet is a gas-specific rough-in plus a matching latch valve assembly and trim plate installed after the wall finish. The finish assembly is the keyed front body technicians replace in the field: color-coded keying disk, detachable or twist-lock barrel, and trim plate. Order it as a complete assembly or as a finish-only kit.
The keying disk is a UV-stable polymer that resists quaternary cleaners and includes Biomaster antimicrobial protection. Pressure-gas rough-ins keep a front-serviceable secondary check so gas does not flow when the finish assembly is removed. Vacuum and WAGD have no secondary check, per NFPA 99.
Geometric Index finish assemblies (SSB-840-24)
