Laurie Anderson is the Executive Director of Simon Fraser University’s Vancouver campus, an Adjunct Professor in SFU’s Faculty of Education, and an Associate for SFU’s Centre for Dialogue. Laurie spent 30 years in the K-12 system as a teacher, principal, Director of Instruction, Associate Superintendent and Interim Superintendent of Schools In Vancouver. Laurie has served as an education consultant for the Ministry of Education, and was a Director of the Canadian International Bureau of International Education for six years. Laurie has been a consultant to educational authorities in China, Vietnam, Cambodia and Hong Kong, and inspects international schools in the Middle East and Asia. Laurie obtained his BEd., MA and PhD at SFU.
